Paros in Pictures

Words like “vacation” have a different meaning when you’re traveling around the world for a year. For us it means taking time to relax and feel no pressure or drive to see the must-sees or even do anything at all. The beach house in Naousa, on the Greek island of Paros was our first vacation stop of this trip, and it felt a lot like our traditional Cape Cod beach vacations. We read books, drew pictures, went to the beach, ate ice cream, grilled out, and we may have even napped. Most of the time, I was in a state of wordlessness as I took in the sights and sounds and smells of this gorgeous place.
